Payment & Cancellation Policy
To reserve: a deposit of $250 per week is required via cash, check or money order. A credit card is also required but only used for last minute bookings, cancellations, damages to property and excessive cleaning beyond normal.
Full payment is due upon arrival via cash, check or money order. All rates do not include sales tax. Rates subject to change without notice. No refunds for early checkout.
In case of cancellation, half the deposit will be returned if you give four weeks notice. If we can rent the unit for that time period, we will credit the balance of your deposit toward a future stay at Plum Gate. This Credit is not transferable and must be used within the year.

Pets are welcome, but should be well behaved and leashed when outdoors. There is $10/day /pet charge.


All units have a boat to use on the lake.  If you have your own boat, it can be launched at the resort and there is space to dock at out piers.
